Our Mission

We are strong for Sarah Pease. 

Sarah, a daughter, sister, friend, classmate, and teammate of many, was diagnosed with leukemia in December of 2010 at the age of 15.  For months, she endured countless treatments and endless hospital visits. Throughout it all, she exuded positivity and strength.

Sarah lost her battle with leukemia on July 3rd, 2011, but we are working to keep her memory alive through the continuation of this event and the Sarah Pease Service Scholarship Fund, which helps Wauwatosa students attend college in her name and memory.

Join us for the Fifth Annual Sarah Strong 5K Run/Walk in Hart Park at 10 AM on May 23rd! Post-run/walk events include snacks and family-friendly activities!
